Flux Core / MIG Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring highly skilled Flux Core and MIG Welders for projects located in and around Terrell, TX.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of  $35-37 / hour  based on experience plus $125 / Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.  If you are a Flux Core and / or MIG Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope :

• Fabricate and assemble large industrial water-holding tanks
• Perform high-quality Flux Core (FCAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding on heavy plate and structural applications
• Fit-up, prep, and control heat to achieve strong, consistent welds
• Maintain weld quality, consistency, and structural integrity throughout production
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards on site

Requirements :

This is a precision, high-quality welding position — not general production welding.
