Inside Sales Agent – Marcus & Millichap Del Mar

Marcus & Millichap Del Mar is seeking a licensed and motivated Inside Sales Agent who wants to build a long-term career in commercial real estate. This role is a direct stepping stone into becoming a commercial agent, offering rewarding commissions, proven systems, and hands-on mentorship from top producers.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, and create pipelines that fuel the success of our commercial brokers. You’ll gain exposure to investment sales strategies, client development, and deal flow—all while learning the fundamentals needed to transition into a full brokerage role.

Compensation :

$130,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities :

  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Qualifications :

  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
