Junior Business Development Ambassador

In this role, you’ll drive lead generation and help exceed monthly KPIs by supporting closers. We need someone who’s competitive and eager to contribute in a performance-driven, customer-facing setting. You’re expected to nurture relationships and help execute high-value sales strategies that lift the team’s results.

As a Junior Business Development Ambassador, you must :

• Prospect and reach out to local businesses to generate qualified business leads.
• Conduct customer-facing discovery calls and set appointments for closers.
• Assist in closing by preparing proposals and following up on objections.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns and measure conversion performance.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast inputs.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on target-based initiatives and promotions.
• Support weekend / after-hours events as needed to capture new business.
