Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Galesburg, Illinois. This position offers 8-hour day shifts, providing an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare enviment while enjoying the charm of a vibrant Midwestern community.

Responsibilities :

Administer radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by oncologists.

Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.?

Qualifications :

Active ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.

Current Illinois Radiation Therapist License.

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in radiation therapy.

BLS certification (American Heart Association).

Proficiency with Varian or Elekta equipment is preferred.
