We are a nationwide facility maintenance company and are currently expanding our HVAC division within the State of Florida. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and thrives in a family friendly work environment. Your ability to connect, build trust, and communicate with our customers is every bit as important as your technical skills.

Responsibilities :

Supporting the installation, maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and / or system tune-ups including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks
Troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC equipment, components, and units
Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent services
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company procedures
Maintain service vehicles and document all repairs, maintenance, and service activities in an organized and timely manner

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate is an experienced technician that brings a positive, professional attitude to every customer interaction

5+ years of hands on commercial HVAC experience

EPA Universal Certification required

Florida HVAC License (Class B) preferred, but not required

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license. Clean driving record and the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Benefits :

Compensation : $ 27 - $ 47 per hour (based on experience)
