Location: Tustin, CA

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $60–$70 per hour W2

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document functional needs
• Translate business processes into user stories and clearly defined acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and platform updates
• Participate in recurring release activities, including validation and testing efforts
• Develop reports, dashboards, and process documentation to support business visibility

What Gets You the Job:

• Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally within Sales Cloud
• Ability to confidently engage with non-technical stakeholders, including Directors and senior leaders
• Experience writing user stories and supporting testing cycles
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured release environment
