A company is looking for a Customer Success Lead (Fully-Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team

Define and implement customer success strategies while tracking key performance metrics

Manage renewal and expansion pipelines, ensuring timely contract renewals and identifying growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in SaaS customer success with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management

Experience driving account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion strategies

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in dynamic environments

Data-driven approach to inform decisions and identify opportunities
