Project's you'll be working on : High-rise condos, luxury assisted living, student dorms, and apartments

Position Details / Responsibilities :

• Team Management : Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
• Project Coordination : Plan, organize, and direct the production of contracted scopes of work, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades. Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve conflicts while providing excellent customer service.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
• Resource Management : Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet project schedules.
• Adherence to Standards : Uphold standards of quality, safety, and best practices in all project activities.
