About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiology Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a locum tenens assignment in Maryland. This opportunity begins Nov 13, 2025, and is a 1-day assignment with scheduled hours from 7a to 3p. The position focuses on providing anesthesia care for colonoscopies and EGDs in a clinical setting. Candidates must have current licensure in Maryland and hold valid ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. New graduates will not be considered for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CRNA seeking a focused locum tenens position in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide anesthesia care for colonoscopies and EGDs
  • Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures
  • Administer and adjust anesthesia as required for patient safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with the endoscopy team to ensure optimal procedural outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of anesthesia care provided

    • Additional Information

  • Maryland licensure required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
  • No new graduates; prior clinical experience necessary
