Personal Injury Case Manager - Pre-Litigation

Location : Burbank, CA | On-site | $25-$35 / hr

Direct Counsel is representing a successful personal injury firm based in Burbank, CA, known for delivering strong results and compassionate service to clients. Specializing in car accident claims, the firm is expanding its Pre-Litigation team and is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Case Manager to join its growing operation.

Your Role :

As a Personal Injury Case Manager , you'll be the key liaison between clients, medical providers, and the legal team. You'll ensure each case progresses efficiently and clients feel informed and cared for throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth client interviews to gather case facts and assess their needs
• Create and execute tailored case management plans
• Maintain accurate case files and updates in CASEpeer (or similar platforms)
• Track case progress and make necessary adjustments to timelines or strategies
• Coordinate client medical appointments and treatment schedules
• Handle property damage claims from intake to resolution
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and answering questions

What We're Looking For :

At least 1 year in personal injury case management (preferred)

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Note : This is a full-time, in-office position in Burbank, CA. Hybrid / remote work is not available.
