Join our dedicated team as a Lead Respiratory Care Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional respiratory care to patients of all ages. Your expertise in Respiratory Care procedures will help shape the standards of patient care through advanced clinical practice, program development, and effective role modeling. You will also have the opportunity to influence change to enhance patient outcomes while ensuring adherence to established policies and standards.

As a leader, you will be responsible for selecting, orienting, supervising, and evaluating team members along with initiating and implementing disciplinary actions as necessary in compliance with organizational protocols.

Required qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.

Preferred qualifications :

  • 1 year of leadership experience.
