Responsibilities

Tower is looking for an experienced Sales Trader to support and grow Tower's client facing trading businesses in the Americas. The ideal candidate will have experience at a US Equities / ETF Market Maker or Bank Trading Operation, and the ability to work cross functionally across multiple teams within Tower Research.

• Working closely with Trading Teams to serve as central point of contact between external clients and internal stakeholders and support functions
• Leading US Client Integration / Onboarding Process, inclusive of;
• Working with counterparties through onboarding process, while documenting client trading requirements and workflows
• Managing the build, onboarding and integration of client FIX connectivity and new trading capabilities for Client order workflow support into Tower's US Client facing platform
• Working with Tower Technology and Business teams to identify and prioritize internal and external projects that enhance the client offering

Qualifications

Anticipated annual base salary range $120,000 - 150,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus.
