Austin Bridge & Road is seeking a Director of Planning and Scheduling for our corporate office in Coppell, Texas. This leadership role oversees companywide planning and scheduling operations, managing the Scheduling Department while supporting project-level scheduling and leading schedule preparation for design-build pursuits. Responsibilities include reporting construction progress, providing forecasts, and presenting updates to executive management and clients.

Functional Areas of Responsibility :
Manage Schedule Department Operations up to 10 direct reportsAssist with scheduling operations at project level when necessaryManage / Oversee / Assist Schedule Preparation on DB PursuitsTrainingSpecific Duties and Responsibilities :
Report construction progress to executive management and the clientUpdate construction schedules on the progress of the jobsitePrepare written schedules for executive management to present at client meetingsPrepare forecasts for future construction performancePresent Project Updates at Company PIC MeetingsPrepare / Update / Report Earned Value AnalysisGenerate project-specific detailed schedulesAnswer construction-related scheduling questions from the Project Management groupPerform other related duties as required and assignedPerform time impact analysisEvaluate softwarePerform other duties as assignedRequirements :
Bachelor's of Science Degree in Construction Management or related degree requiredFive years of scheduling experience preferredRead and interpret owner's drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project schedule developmentStrong knowledge of Construction Systems and Trade SequencingPresentation skills required in meetings and trainingsExperience using Primavera (Oracle) P6 version or newerApplicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
