Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary :

We're seeking a skilled and experienced LPN to join our team. As an LPN, you'll provide high-quality patient care, assess customer needs, and identify solutions to complex problems.

Specific Duties :

Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
Solve moderately complex problems and conduct moderately complex analyses
Work with minimal guidance, seeking guidance only on the most complex tasks
Translate concepts into practice
Provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues
Coach, provide feedback, and guide others
Act as a resource for others with less experience

Must-Have Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current BLS certification

1+ years of recent professional nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, or clinical setting

1+ years of experience as a registered nurse or 2+ years as a licensed practical nurse in a pertinent practice area

Nice-to-Have Skills / Attributes :

Self-directed work style

Ability to work with complex, unstructured issues

Experience serving as a resource to others

Shift Details :

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Dark-colored scrubs with no logos required
