This role involves managing the month-end close process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and leading a team of professionals to maintain accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong experience with GL accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Knowledge of ERP systems, with proficiency in tools such as NetSuite, Great Plains, Workday, and Concur. Deep understanding of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
