The Executive Assistant To The President Of Sales will provide high-level administrative support, including complex scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, invoice routing, meeting preparation, and presentation assistance. This role will organize and support a high volume of weekly and ad hoc meetings, including note-taking and follow-up, and will interface regularly with key stakeholders, investors, and C-level leaders.
