We are seeking a Linux Engineer to join our team.

This role will involve managing and supporting Linux-based systems, ensuring backup integrity, and maintaining system performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience in Linux engineering, RedHat Linux administration, and backup management , with a passion for maintaining robust and secure IT infrastructures.

Job Description :

Trilyon is seeking a skilled Linux Engineer to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Linux servers. The Linux Engineer will be responsible for ensuring system stability, performing routine backups, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices for Linux environments.

The Linux Engineer will work closely with IT teams to deploy, configure, and monitor Linux systems, ensuring high availability and reliability for enterprise applications.

The Linux Engineer will also provide technical guidance on Linux operations, backup strategies, and system security to support business continuity.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and maintain RedHat Linux servers and related infrastructure.

Perform routine backups, restore operations, and verify backup integrity.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Linux environments.

Deploy, configure, and manage Linux servers and services.

Apply security patches, updates, and hardening measures to maintain system security.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement automation and best practices.

Provide technical support and guidance for Linux operations and backup strategies.

Document procedures, configurations, and operational guidelines for Linux systems.

Participate in incident response, disaster recovery, and problem resolution processes.

Stay updated on emerging Linux technologies and industry best practices.

Essential Skills :
