Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health RN to support patients in Columbia, MO. The RN will manage a field-based caseload, complete OASIS assessments, and deliver hands-on care across a variety of patient needs. Candidates should be organized, autonomous, and confident with electronic charting in HCHB.

Key Responsibilities :

Complete patient admissions, follow-ups, and discharge visits

Submit accurate and timely OASIS documentation in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Provide skilled care including wound management, injections, and chronic disease education

Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes

Offer compassionate education and support to patients and families

Qualifications :

Missouri RN license (active and in good standing)

2+ years of RN experience with at least 1 year in home health

Strong OASIS and HCHB experience required

Current BLS certification

Reliable vehicle, license, and proof of insurance

Able to satisfy background, drug screen, and Joint Commission requirements
