Job Title : Machine Maintenance Tech (Direct Hire)

2 Day Shifts Available. 1 entry level and 1 skilled :
- 1st Shift 8 hour shift (Entry Level) : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday $27-$29 / hour
- 1st Shift 12 hour shift (Skilled) : 6 : 30am - 6 : 30pm 2-2-3 $30-$35 / hour

As a Machine Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining, installing and diagnosing the machinery.
This role will blend preventative, diagnostic, and emergency maintenance work with new equipment installations.Install and maintain both new and existing production equipment such as Mixers and Bagging equipment while also maintaining plant facility equipment such as feed hoppers, chutes, lifts, vacuum loaders and pelletizers.Preventative maintenance will be performed daily based on a schedule.Diagnostic maintenance will typically occur on a shut down or emergency basis.Will do a daily floor walk to check on equipment and report operator feedback / issues to the manager.May need to consult the equipment manuals and guidelines to determine issues and appropriate path to repair. Examples of repairs to be done may include replacing pumps or motors on equipment. Preventative maintenance examples include checking fluid levels, lubricating moving parts, or changing valves before they fail.Work may involve confined spaces and / or heights.Will ensure proper inventory is on-hand for repairs and preventative maintenance, communicating with management as required.Required Qualifications
Previous machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing or mechanical setting2-5+ years of experienceMechanical, electrical (480v), hydraulic, pneumatic and welding skills setIndividual must have at least 2-3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience (formal training preferred, on job experience is fine), focusing on plant equipment and not general facilities maintenance. This typically includes the Mechanical, Electrical (480v), Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Welding skills sets, as elements of all of these are required to work independently depending on the work order.The best fit will have a self-starter mentality, proactive disposition, and a commitment to preventing costly shut downs before they happen.In an entry level capacity, individuals should still possess some direct Industrial Maintenance experience, but are perhaps missing one or two of the Mech / Elec / Hyd / Pneu / Weld skill set.Comfortable using hand tools and wire crimpersAble to follow written and verbal instructionsPhysical Requirements
