The Change & Communications Consultant will join the Change, Communications, and Training (CCT) Team and is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the change management and communications strategies for the Finance Reporting Portfolio. This includes SAP Cloud Analytics (SCA) dashboard deployments and upcoming initiatives related to reporting security enhancements and the transition to Legal Entity (LE) reporting from Management Reporting Companies (MRCs). This role works directly with the FS&T Change & Communications Reporting Project Lead, Regional Leads, and the Business Unit Finance and Treasury Teams. This role is critical in supporting alignment with the overarching change management strategy and plan for the reporting portfolio of a global multi-year transformation journey for Finance and the

The primary focus will be to support the implementation and ongoing employee engagement of the Finance Reporting dashboards through deployment cycles. You will engage closely with key stakeholders to execute the change strategy for reporting by crafting communications for reporting dashboard deployments, supporting stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, and providing inputs to areas of improvement in change and communications methodologies to ensure maximum user adoption.

To be successful, this team member will model best practices in change leadership and project communications, with the ability to understand the voice of the customer and translate needs into concise and meaningful communications and change activities. Must be able to influence and build trust among key stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Educational Qualification

BA / BS required, preferably in a field related to Change Management and / or Communications, Finance or Business. Graduate degree preferred.
