State Farm is looking for passionate IT students to join our Summer Internship Program! The Enterprise Technology department is involved in exploring new and emerging technologies. This program will offer you hands-on work along with real-world research and development opportunities. As a GRC Analyst you will research and investigate emerging risk topics, threats, vulnerabilities, capabilities, and solution options to create / update policy and governance, technology strategies, solution architecture, and assessments. Qualifications We Are Looking For : Courses on or Majors in Information Systems / IT or equivalent majors including but not limited to Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and related majors Experience (coursework, projects, work) in Information Security, Risk & Compliance, and Auditing Drive and initiative to lead and affect positive change Leadership skills through extracurricular and professional endeavors Ability to thrive in a team environment, both in-person and virtual Effective communication skills, both oral and written Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude combined with a positive and engaging approach to teamwork and workplace culture The ability to work in an environment emphasizing information sharing, collaboration, teamwork, mutual respect, and integrity Strong aptitude and desire to learn Additional Preferred Qualifications Active involvement in cybersecurity clubs, organizations, or relevant projects Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms Internship Program Eligibility : Must be a full-time college student enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program during the internship At least one semester of college remaining after Summer 2026 Ability to work on-site at one of our hub locations (Bloomington, IL or Richardson, TX) or within 180 miles of the assigned hub for the duration of the internship Commitment to full participation throughout the internship period with minimal schedule disruptions Strong desire to join State Farm post-graduation
