Automotive Accounting Specialist

Fond du Lac, WI

Holiday Automotive is currently looking for a talented, self-motivated individual to join our Corporate Services Team.   The individual will perform a variety of general accounting, account reconciliations, detailed postings and other tasks within the accounting department, while learning the specialized duties of the accounting staff of an automotive dealership.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules
  • Maintain and reconcile factory statements
  • Assist in processing new and used car deals
  • Factory Incentive Management – including posting and reconciling incentives
  • Assist CFO with financial reporting and special projects
  • Cross train with other accounting team members
  • Other duties as assigned
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Accounting knowledge
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi task
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Automotive experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to embrace and embody our Company’s core values
