Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Back of House (BOH) Team Member to join our kitchen staff. The BOH team member plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality, cleanliness, and efficiency of kitchen operations, ensuring guests receive high-quality meals and service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Food Preparation : Assist with prepping ingredients, assembling dishes, and supporting line cooks during service.
- Cooking Support : Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following recipes and portion standards.
- Cleaning & Sanitation : Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and follow all food safety regulations.
- Stock & Inventory : Receive, store, and rotate inventory; keep prep stations stocked and organized.
- Teamwork : Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Compliance : Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards according to local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications :
Prior kitchen or BOH experience is preferred but not required were willing to train the right candidate.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen cleanliness.Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
