Manufacturing Planner
You will be a Manufacturing Planner with our Production Planning & Control team. Our team is responsible for managing program and manufacturing planning activities to achieve schedule requirements for development and production hardware, and we are looking for a talented planner to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations.
As a Manufacturing Planner, your responsibilities will include :
- Manage Program / Manufacturing Planning activities to achieve schedule requirements for development and production hardware.
- Host / support weekly integrated product team meetings to ensure material requirements are driving to support program schedules.
- Assess impact of manufacturing disruptions and manage schedule updates as required.
- Track Performance to MRP / Contract and manage recovery plans.
- Develop / Implement / sustain production order release strategy.
- Employ impeccable organization skills to track and effectively communicate actions, hold team members accountable, and drive issues to closure.
- Identify, communicate and take action to resolve issues by working cross functionally with Quality Assurance, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Planning, Production Operations, and Technical Operations.
- Develop and sustain effective communication with offsite peer group.
- Apply a customer focused framework to identify strategies to meet the needs of varying internal customers.
- Display intrinsic motivation to master challenging and unique manufacturing and material planning rhythm in Chelmsford.
- Identify areas of opportunities for process improvements. Coordinate with management to gain approval and drive results.
- Utilize and Analyze data to identify areas that require focus and create visual aids that communicate and drive alignment / results to cross functional teams.
- Utilize MRO system and develop process.
- Manage sustainment tools and activities for PP&C.

This position is located in Chelmsford. Discover more about our Chelmsford, Massachusetts location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience / combined education.2-3+ years of related experience.Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires US citizenship.Desired Skills :
SAP Experience.CPIM Certification.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.Apriso experience.This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
