Job Responsibilities
Must obey all SAFETY, USDA, HACCP, & PLANT rules and regulations.
- Food Safety Program Validation
- Conduct Department and Plant HACCP training according to schedule (SQF)
- Maintain Supporting Documentation Current
- Coordinating and Implementing HACCP projects such as :
Validation studies-keep current for appropriate plant parameters
Trend AnalysisThermometer Calibration TrainingTask list / correlationsSSOP and HACCP Paperwork review & file (QA supervisor will backup) Document control, document registerPreshipment reviews, if neededDaily HACCP Verifications (backed up by QA Leads or Supervisors)Maintain Signature log (SQF related)
