As a Security Officer - Industrial Site Patrol in Columbus, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you engage with team members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and protocols, and responding to emergency situations as required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards encountered during patrols.

Maintain detailed records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and interactions as required by Allied Universal policies.

Assist employees, visitors, and contractors by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a courteous manner.

Collaborate with site management and law enforcement as needed during emergencies or security-related incidents.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
