Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Fleet Coordinator 2. This position is located in Ogden, UT and supports the Strategic Deterrent Systems division.
What You'll Get To Do :
- The Fleet Coordinator assists in the administration of the company's automotive fleet program.
- Performs various clerical tasks like maintaining fleet records, lease agreements, maintenance records, and other pertinent documentation.
- Communicates with employees on information related to company lease programs, operator responsibilities, company policies, and procedures.
- Assists with gathering and preparing fleet expense, fuel usage, and mileage reports.
- Creates, maintains, and reviews Driver Qualification Files (DQF) within an electronic filing system.
- Tracks vehicle registrations, titles, DOT, and State safety inspections.
- Works with local fleet coordinators to schedule maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
- At times it will be required to drive fleet vehicles to dealers, maintenance shops, and assist with local deliveries if needed.
This position's standard work schedule is a 9 / 80. The 9 / 80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Job Qualifications You'll Bring These Qualifications :
High School diploma and 2 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret ClearanceExperience with DOT regulationsExperience with maintaining Driver Qualification Files.Ability to read and follow policies / procedures such as ELD entries and vehicle preventive maintenance proceduresAbility to work hours necessary to meet business objectives. This may include working overtime (40+ hours in a work week)Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have :
Clean driving recordExperience with IFTA information gathering and filingExperience working with vehicle telematic systemsExperience working with SAPExperience working in the aerospace industry.Experience working under the safety and security requirements of a secure government facility.Detail oriented but able to understand the big pictureAbility to work under a deadlineExcellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Primary Level Salary Range : $36,300.00 - $60,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
