Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, communicate, and develop the project team.
• Develop an overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Own project information and deliver status updates to appropriate parties.
• Validate project status and recommend actions to meet execution goals.
• Direct and align manpower resources to meet execution goals.
• Ensure the team follows defined processes and individual responsibilities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve conflicts or issues.
