Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and construct individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve daily living goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based approaches designed to enhance motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities for patients
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, medical staff, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide insightful education on therapy methodologies that foster ongoing progress at home
• Track and Document Patient Growth: Monitor clinical advancements and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient progression

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Encouragement and support for continuing education and post-graduate certifications

Licensure and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
