Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processing invoices for raw materials supplies and operational expenses.
• Process accounts receivable ensuring timely collection of payments for manufactured goods.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations accurately and promptly.
• Process and manage payroll for all manufacturing and administrative staff.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in tracking inventory movements and related costs (raw materials WIP finished goods).
• Prepare monthly financial statements including profit & loss and balance sheets.
• Manage fixed asset depreciation schedules for manufacturing equipment and machinery.
