As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Lithonia, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage, and more. As a patrol unarmed officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. What You'll Do

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity. Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client guidelines. Assist with access control processes and visitor management as required by site-specific procedures. Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or vendors to provide information and assistance as needed within the food and beverage production environment. Support emergency response efforts, including evacuations or medical incidents, as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

What We're Looking For

Availability across various days and shifts. Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments. A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company. Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
