Job Description :

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with at least 5 years of IT experience. An ideal candidate will have State Agency or Government domain experience. Any previous AS400-related experience is highly preferred.

Is initiating a major modernisation effort to replace its legacy AS400-based Tax Management System with a new modern solution. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support this transformation by working closely with Tax Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) the Project Manager and other stakeholders to gather requirements analyse processes and ensure the successful selection and implementation of the new system.

Top Desired Skills :

1. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in government or public sector environments.

2. Prior experience supporting tax system modernisation or similar enterprise system replacement projects.

3. Strong understanding of business process analysis requirements gathering and documentation best practices.
