Instructional Design Specialist

A company is looking for an Instructional Design & Trainer, Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the design and development of learning programs from concept to delivery

Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal training team members to create and implement effective learning solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 5 years in a senior role

Proficiency in authoring tools and learning management systems

Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models

Experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams
