We are bringing our mission to life across the Orange County and Inland Empire. Come join us! We are currently hiring a Development Director for our Orange County Inland Empire Division based in the Inland Empire area. The Director will generate revenue for our Heart Challenge fundraising campaign. This campaign includes our signature Inland Empire Heart & Stroke Walk event.
We have a fast-paced sales type of environment with the main responsibility of driving revenue in support of our mission. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay, based on achieving certain revenue targets.

Compensation
Expected pay range will be $66,700 to $82,000 annually. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
