Job Type : Full-Time or Independent Contractor, Remote
We are currently seeking pre-licensed, empathetic clinicians in Ohio (or clinicians open to obtaining an Ohio license) to join our growing telehealth team. This role is ideal for clinicians who are not yet independently licensed and are looking to gain supervision hours and professional experience in autism-informed mental health care.
We are hiring for the following pre-licensed roles (or state equivalents) :
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor — requires supervision hours)
LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker — requires supervision hours)
LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist — requires supervision hours)
Or equivalent pre- licensed / provisional credential in your state
Key Responsibilities
Conduct remote therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor.
Support clients in developing practical strategies and achieving meaningful outcomes.
Participate in weekly supervision meetings and case consultations.
Develop treatment plans aligned with client goals and supervision guidance.
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
Engage in ongoing professional learning and development opportunities.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
Active pre- licensed / provisional credential (e.g., LPC, LMSW, LMFT) in your state, or eligibility to obtain one.
Actively working toward independent licensure (e.g., LPCC, LISW, IMFT).
Interest in working with adults on the autism spectrum and co-occurring conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, neuroaffirming, and growth-oriented approach.
Comfortable working remotely using telehealth platforms and digital tools.
