Senior Revenue Analyst

The Senior Revenue Analyst will work closely with team members across the Finance and Corporate Partnership department to help track and manage receivables across all entities under AMB Sports + Entertainment, which includes Atlanta Falcons, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta United, and Atlanta Drive GC. This new role will be instrumental in bridging Finance and Sales, aligning contract terms with billing schedules, and providing valuable insights to drive cash flow and operational efficiency.

This is a full-time role located at Mercedes Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and issue invoices for sponsorship agreements in accordance with contractual terms
• Track invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection and manage AR aging reports
• Maintain organized records of sponsorship contracts, invoices, and payment activity
• Reconcile sponsorship-related accounts and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support audits by providing documentation and explanation of sponsorship-related revenues
• Collaborate with the Partnership team on sponsorship rate cards based on contractual obligations
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to monitor sponsorship-related expenses against budgets
• Track commission for the Sales team
• Support system implementations or upgrades for revenue-related workflows
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures for Sponsorship Revenue and Expense Cycle
• Assist with ad-hoc collection requests
