[Job Summary]
This position is responsible for providing support to the Assistant Manager and Manager, analysis of sales data for the company within the commercial department, and communication with customers.

[Job Description]
- Assists with Volume and Revenue forecasting and month accrual, revenue, and volume reporting.
- Provides recommendations to Management related to market and customer strategies.
- Performs sales price verification with customers;
- Maintains SAP system data timely and accurately as required.
- Communicates with customers to assist to resolve concerns.
- Provides information on customer requests and reporting.
- Responsible for Sales Retro Billing/Invoices.
- Assisting with parts shipments as needed by working with other departments.
- Other duties as assigned.

[Qualifications]
- Bachelor's degree in related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred.
- Prior working experience in Auto manufacturing industry strongly preferred
- Korean-English bilingual candidate required due to communication with the Korean Customers and Suppliers (most of communication, written and verbal, is in Korean language).
- Understanding of industry and Customers (Hyundai, Kia) strongly preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role required.
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline driven environment.
