Job Description

You will lead healthcare renovation projects in active hospital environments, ensuring safety, precision, and collaboration across all phases of construction.

• Manage field teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Oversee renovations in sensitive, occupied hospital spaces such as ICUs and birthing units
• Coordinate with healthcare clients and internal stakeholders to maintain project alignment
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures
• Richmond-based candidates will begin with in-office onboarding before transitioning to a hybrid schedule
