Senior AI Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop LLM-powered applications and multimodal AI systems

Architect and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines

Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices for GenAI development

Required Qualifications

MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent industry experience

5+ years of experience in ML / AI, with at least 2+ years focused on LLMs and GenAI

Strong track record of deploying LLM applications in production

Deep expertise in transformer architectures and fine-tuning techniques

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
