Position Overview :
Responsible for leading the strategic, clinical, and programmatic direction of the Women's Health Service Line across Sutter Health. This role is crucial in enhancing patient care and access, developing distinctive programs, optimizing financial and operational performance, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all levels of service delivery. Will have direct oversight over service line physician section chiefs and medical directors, working closely with market-level leadership across Sutter Health ensuring excellence in clinical programming. Will serve as the clinical subject matter expert for the Women's Health Service Line. Will lead and act in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of Sutter Health.
This is a hybrid role with both work from home and onsite requirements. The successful candidate will live within the Sutter footprint.

Pay Range is $162.24 to $259.59 / hour. Sacramento Valley Pay Pay Range is $142.77 to $228.44 / hour.
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
