Veterinary Technician ICU

Credentialed Veterinary Technician Or Experienced Veterinary Assistant

VCA Veterinary Specialist of CT is seeking a full time Credentialed Veterinary Technician, or experienced Veterinary Assistant to care for our ICU patients.

ICU Veterinary Technician duties :

• Anesthesia monitoring
• Full Technician Skill Utilization
• Collecting patient histories & physical exams
• Venipuncture / IVC placement
• Hands Free Radiology
• Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
• Providing compassionate care for all patients

Potential Schedule :

(4) 10 hour shifts, days, or swing shift.

Compensation : $20 - 35 / hour based on skill set, experience, and licensure status (CVT, VTS, CVPM)

In addition : Weekend and overnight differentials available
