As an Internal Auditor supporting Financial Operations (FinOps), you'll play a key role in protecting the integrity of our business by assessing compliance, financial accuracy, and operational effectiveness across our finance-related functions.

This role offers hands-on exposure to MGM's corporate and property-level financial processesfrom accounting and reporting to operational controlswhile developing your expertise in risk management, internal controls, and audit best practices. The Day-To-Day :

• Perform compliance, financial, and operational audits focused on financial operations, accounting, and related processes.
• Execute audit procedures including walkthroughs, document examinations, analytical reviews, and reconciliations to evaluate controls and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in planning and organizing audit assignments, depending on experience.
• Assess compliance with regulations, company policies, and financial standards to ensure MGM assets are safeguarded.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive company information.
• Prepare organized, accurate workpapers with supporting evidence and clear conclusions.
• Collaborate with team members, sharing insights, setting goals, and contributing to discussions that strengthen audit quality.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
