Work Schedule : Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Pay Rate : dependent on experience - $40 to $55 an hour depending on experience
JOB SUMMARY :
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing rehabilitative therapy to patients upon referral for cognitive and / or ADL physical functioning disorders following all regulatory and clinical practice requirements. This includes recovery, improvement in function and when possible, a return to a prior level of functioning. Clinical documentation will describe objective measures and justification for continued or discontinued services.
This position reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
