Overview
Human Resources Business Partner will partner with management and leadership within the organization. They will be responsible for employee relations, organizational and training development, performance and change management, recruiting and retention, compensation and benefits administration, policies and procedures, safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment process.
- Ensure effective implementation of ongoing programs, including the annual performance management process.
- Design and implement HR best practices; leverage expertise and utilize resources to support and promote client group business objectives.
- Provide problem evaluation / interpretation of policy for management and employees; advise / counsel employees and management with the objective of problem prevention and resolution.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Strong change management skills with a focus on employee engagement and development.
- Assist business leaders with training, development, and succession planning issues; design and propose initiatives and programs to train and develop employees, increase productivity, improve morale, motivate employees, and create a positive employee relations climate.
- Assist in the performance management and development process.
- Ability to lead a team; including coaching / mentor employees and HR professionals
- Design, develop and implement human resource initiatives to support objectives and strategy.
- Project Management lead.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.7+ years' experience in Human ResourcesExperience working within a manufacturing / plant / distribution environment requiredExperience with training and leadership development initiatives and handling employee relations issuesStrong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and employment lawsExcellent verbal, written, and communication skills with ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information as neededStrong customer-focused attitude with high level of professionalism and discretionJ-18808-Ljbffr
