Become a Transmission / Substation Asset Strategy Senior Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll be responsible for developing, deploying, and prioritizing company-wide strategic plan concerning SCE's transmission and substation assets. You will work to develop asset class strategy, which will inform the company of long-term infrastructure replacement needs. In addition to developing a long term plan, you will also be required to work on mitigating immediate asset risk. The strategic plan will consist of options for different scenarios including deployment timeframes and impacts on company objectives. Additionally, this position will partner with peer organizations to ensure new asset strategies are approved internally as well as developing those concepts into SCE's regulatory filings, such as the General Rate Case, Wildfire Mitigation Plan, and Risk Assessment Mitigation Phase. Responsibilities

• Supports the development of critical regulatory and legislative initiatives to facilitate the execution of the strategic plan
• Identifies system risks and evaluates risk reduction benefits of proposed mitigation strategy projects in the capital investment strategy
• Leads the development and management of Asset strategies for programmatic investment decisions
• Evaluates SCE's enterprise level risks and provides suitable mitigation options to senior management
• Provides strategic and regulatory analysis for the company, specifically including competitive positioning, price forecasting, financial analytics, and regulatory planning scenario evaluations
• Provides analyses, evaluation and management recommendations on key strategic initiatives
• A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
