Responsibilities Provides MRI imaging services across inpatient, emergency, and outpatient settings Floats to other buildings on campus as needed within scope of practice Caseload varies between inpatient, ER, and outpatient cases Night shift schedule : 3x12 hour shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM No on-call required Uses Siemens MRI equipment and Epic for charting Works in a Magnet designated, Level 1 Trauma teaching hospital with 865 beds Floats to different MRI locations on campus based on operational needs Teal top and black bottom scrubs are required Epic EMR experience preferred Required to complete up to 4 hours of pre-start modules Night and weekend parking available for a one-time $20 fee Potential assignment to emergency response teams during hurricane season, which runs June-November All time off requests must be submitted with application; approvals depend on unit needs Requirements Minimum of 1 year recent MRI technologist experience required Current BLS certification required Valid ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT credential required (license required if applicable) Experience with Siemens MRI systems required Pediatric and Level 1 Trauma experience preferred First-time travelers are accepted Must provide Social Security Number and Driver’s License for consideration Must meet 60 mile radius rule; local candidates considered on a case-by-case basis at a local rate Previous permanent or PRN staff must have a 1 year separation from hospital system Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-622776.
