Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for greeting customers on the lot and calling leads out of the customer management system.

Duties :

• A product specialist will assist the customer to identify a vehicle that meets their wants and needs. Just like the title suggests, a product specialist will know the ins and outs of the vehicles they are selling making it extremely helpful for the Ray Skillman customer. The communication doesn’t stop on the lot.

A product specialist will also talk to their customers through our customer relationship management system to ensure that they have a great Skillman experience

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to potential customers
• Provide ongoing customer support and address any inquiries or issues that arise
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions

Requirements :

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn the product line and help customers find the vehicle that fits their wants, needs, and budget.
