Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician - Richmond, Colonial Heights and Chesterfield areas
$800.00 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts / Licensed Behavior Analysts provide monthly trainings and ongoing supervision to maintain ethical and effective treatment plans for the children and families we serve. Job Requirements :
- Have experience in the field of autism and special needs, education, mental health or ABA. RBT Certified
- Minimum BA / BS with 6 months – 1 years’ experience with ABA. BA / BS preferred in the fields of psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, school psychology, education, special education, ABA, or related field
- Available primarily 2pm on multiple days per week; able to maintain consistent schedule; Commit to 1 year of employment
- Possess strong clinical insight, and critical thinking skills
- Bilingual speaking therapists highly desired
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license and driver's insurance
Job Responsibilities :
Be fun, energetic, and motivating for the children and families we work withProvide skills training services and / or behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, adults and their familiesPart-time (up to 25 hours per week dependent on the Technician’s and client's availability and degree); available after 2pm on multiple days per week; reliableTravel between clients’ homes within an hour of Richmond areasMaintain accurate records of sessions including session notes and data collectionProvide feedback to parents / caregivers under the direction of the BCBA / LBACollaborate with other technicians and clinical staff in the agency, as well as schools and other therapies client's receiveAble to work as a technician who implements treatment plans under the supervision of the BCBA / LBA, seeking out additional support and supervision from clinical team as neededParticipate in on-going trainings and supervision.Benefits :
