POSITION SUMMARY :

The Manager, Operational Excellence will lead and implement a culture of continuous improvement across manufacturing, quality, and support functions within a radiopharmaceutical CDMO environment. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance productivity, reduce cost, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve client satisfaction. The Manager, Operational Excellence has expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational strategy—along with a strong understanding of the unique challenges in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and handling.

• Drive the Operational Excellence (OpEx) strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and quality.
• Champion a data-driven, continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.

THE FINE PRINT :

The salary range for this position in Minnesota is $110,000 to $140,000 annual. Please note that compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

Benefit packages for this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account options (depending on the plan chosen), and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Team members in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off in compliance with applicable law. Relocation is available to qualified team members.
