Housing options available. NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE. 3x12 hrs per week. '..Working three 12-hour night shifts each week. There may be some weeks to pick up an additional 12-hour shift total to 48 hours...This position is responsible for the delivery of resident care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation and documenting direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery and the achievement of desired resident outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of resident's age and cultural diversity into the provision of resident care.
